About the Role

MacArthur Co. is a leading distributor of building materials, seeking a skilled Window and Door Sales Specialist to join our team at our Little Chute, WI branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily sales operations, including sales, customer service, and order coordination.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our window and door products, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors, and warehouse personnel to provide timely and accurate quotes, orders, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and vendors to secure new and existing business opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of internal paperwork and customer invoices.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with window and door manufacturer quoting programs.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the construction industry, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform window takeoffs from plans.
  • Knowledge of reading specifications and experience with PlanSwift software.
