**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Behavior Therapist to join our team at the Hope Autism Clinic. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

About Us:

The Autism Clinic at Hope is committed to providing professional care and attention to children with ASD. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), licensed therapists, and behavior technicians work together to help children achieve their individualized communication and early learning goals.

Your Role:

  • Work directly with children with ASD to teach them new skills and behaviors using ABA principles.
  • Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child's progress.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve their goals.
  • Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
  • Model professional appearance and attitudes.

Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • You must have a successful background clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children.
  • The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
