We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of our students in Lyndon.

• Provide direct social work services to students, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to address behavioral, emotional, and social issues affecting students' academic performance.
• Act as a liaison between the school, community organizations, and external agencies to connect students and families with necessary resources and support.

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license/certification as a School Social Worker (if required by the state).
• Previous experience working as a School Social Worker or in a similar capacity preferred.
• Knowledge of child development, counseling techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.

Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
