Job Requirements

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist plays a vital role in a collaborative healthcare team, focusing on delivering high-quality imaging services. Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting Radiologists in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  2. Processing and transmitting images to PACS.
  3. Maintaining a current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, along with A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  4. Having at least one year of acute clinical radiology experience.
  5. Possessing a minimum of one year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  6. Demonstrating knowledge of both mobile and stationary Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment.
  7. Exhibiting extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
  8. Graduating from a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT.
  9. Holding a current BCLS (AHA) certification.
  10. Displaying proficient computer skills.
Work Schedule

This position typically involves five days of 8-hour shifts, with a standard schedule from 08:00 to 16:30.
