Master Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Woodland Hills. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
- Conduct multi-point inspections to recommend necessary repairs and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Maintain an inventory of normal technician's tools and stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- ASE Certified.
- Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
- General mechanical skills, manual dexterity, and ability to operate power and hand tools.
- Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive repair life cycle.
- Ability to operate an automobile, including manual transmission vehicles.
- Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
