Your Role on Our Team:

The Assembler I is tasked with assembling high-quality tools and operating non-automated production equipment, such as RF Sealers and skin card sealers, in accordance with product specifications.

You will assist in various production tasks, including sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing inventory, and completing assigned duties. You may also serve as a backup for other roles as directed by management.


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing work within designated takt/cycle times (40%)
  • Adhering to work instructions (40%)
  • Properly operating tools, presses, and equipment (40%)
  • Fully operating one assembly element, if applicable (40%)
  • Working on non-automated equipment such as RF Sealers and other kitting functions (30%)
  • Training others in all areas (30%)
  • Notifying appropriate personnel of material shortages (20%)
  • Scrapping parts and completing scrap tickets (20%)
  • Maintaining production pace and standards (10%)
  • Complying with all safety regulations in the work area (5%)
  • Practicing and maintaining 5S standards (5%)
