About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Worship Pastor to join our team at Battle Creek Church. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning, production, and execution of the worship experience at our broadcast campus in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the worship experience for our broadcast campus, including recruiting and developing musicians and volunteers
  • Supervise and lead the worship team members and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure the setup, tear down, and storage of equipment for services (if applicable for location)
  • Communicate effectively with the congregation, staff, and volunteers to promote a sense of community and belonging
Requirements
  • Excellent musician and Worship Leader
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Team player and a team builder
  • Highly organized with experience managing day-to-day production work
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and effective project management

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
