Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spanish tutor to provide academic support tailored to our students' needs. The ideal candidate will enhance students' understanding and proficiency in Spanish by:

• Providing academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge of the state curriculum.

• Offering supplemental assignments to deepen students' understanding of the Spanish language.

• Providing remedial and enrichment support for students.

• Communicating with parents or guardians to discuss student progress.

• Providing a customized approach tailored to the individual needs of each student.

We are looking for teachers or soon-to-be teachers who can meet the following criteria:

Requirements

A qualified applicant will have a bachelor's degree and meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You hold a valid state teaching certificate or the equivalent thereof.

• You are a current student teacher; pursuing a teaching certificate.

• You have 2 or more years of experience as a classroom teacher in a private or charter school.

• You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited U.S. University or College.

• You are a Master's/PhD student with experience as a teaching assistant at an accredited U.S. University or College.
