Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you'll be responsible for providing a warm and inviting experience for our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience
    • Enthusiastically greet guests as they arrive and depart from the restaurant.
    • Assist guests to their seats and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Wait List Management
    • Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full.
  • Guest Assistance
    • Provide assistance to servers as needed.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A desire to care for others and provide exceptional customer service.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Mobility required during the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular navigation throughout the restaurant, communication with guests, and movement of objects up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
