Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Cleaning Technician to join our team at EnviroVac. As an Industrial Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing high-pressure water blasting equipment and industrial vacuuming equipment to perform safe and proper removal, containment, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in heavy industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain high-pressure water blasting equipment and industrial vacuuming equipment
  • Perform daily check-ups and maintenance to ensure equipment is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems with equipment and communicate issues to necessary personnel
  • Perform physical labor duties as directed by crew leaders, supervisors, and account managers
  • Work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings
Requirements
  • Must be committed to and able to perform all assigned duties safely, at all times
  • Must meet all physical requirements and be able to safely perform all duties of an Industrial Cleaning Technician
  • Must be thoroughly trained and able to operate industrial vacuum trucks, high-pressure industrial water blasters, and other necessary equipment on various projects
  • Must possess ability to identify mechanical problems of assigned equipment, perform minor mechanical repair, and/or communicate such problems to necessary person for speedy repairs
  • Must be able to safely and effectively perform decontamination process of assigned equipment as required by specific project and Company policy, preventing cross contamination between equipment and/or job sites
