Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Mergers and Acquisitions Paralegal to join our team at The Rockridge Group in New York or New Jersey offices. As a key member of our corporate law team, you will play a critical role in assisting attorneys with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business and succession planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in preparing and reviewing complex documents related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business and succession planning.
  • Maintain high levels of organization and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Possess a college degree and/or paralegal certificate.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field is required for this role. A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location, is expected.
