We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Infectious Disease team at Emory University Hospital Midtown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct patient interviews and document patient histories, psychosocial histories, health status, and medical problems or potential problems
  • Perform physical examinations and specialized diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures under the direction of a physician
  • Assist physician in diagnosing medical problems, developing care plans, and prescribing treatment
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia by the Georgia Board of Nursing and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body, or Certified as a Physician's Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
