Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing, with a minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU nursing.
- Strong background in critical care nursing, with knowledge of ICU protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment, as needed.
