Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform both service and installation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Process customer payments and manage invoicing accurately.
  • Keep company vehicles and tools in excellent condition.
  • Complete daily reports and route sheets as required.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Possess leadership qualities to guide and mentor fellow technicians.
  • Participate in cross-training for related roles as needed.
  • Hold a Maryland/Virginia masters license, if available.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in residential HVAC; commercial experience is a plus.
  • Friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills.
  • CFC Certification is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Capability to train and develop other technicians.
  • Non-smoker preferred.
