We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Ability Builders ABA Co. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavior change.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with families and other service providers to ensure seamless care.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.
