Air Duct Technician

Modernistic Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a skilled Air Duct Technician to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning and restoration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality air duct, carpet, and upholstery cleaning services to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delight customers by providing outstanding customer service in their homes and businesses
• Work with a partner to provide quality air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning and water restoration services to residential and commercial customers
• Prep areas for service by moving furniture and following safety protocols
• Observe your Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician, learning everything you can from them so you can advance to the Lead Technician position more quickly
• Educate customers on the benefits of additional services Modernistic can offer
• Stock your vehicle with equipment and supplies each day while maintaining its cleanliness & organization

Requirements:

• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs. or more
• Exceptional communication skills
• Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• IICRC & NADCA certifications are a plus, but not required
