Cardiac Ultrasound Technician Opportunity

KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Technician to join our team in a 150-bed acute care community hospital. As a Cardiac Ultrasound Technician, you will be responsible for performing cardiac ultrasound studies, including 2D, M-Mode, pulsed and color flow, stress echo in a physician office or hospital setting.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiographic imaging and record relevant information while following procedural guidelines and protocols.
• Explain procedures and possible side effects to patients or family members.
• Confirm physician requests and evaluate patients' clinical history for proper clinical indicators and possible contraindications for the procedure requested.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure quality patient care.
• Organize the reporting process, including study completion, physician interpretation, and final report submission.

Requirements:

• RDCS or RCS certification.
• Echocardiography certificate or higher.
• BLS certification.
