Job Overview

Cabot Citrus Farms is seeking a skilled Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and inspect guestrooms and public areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Perform cleaning duties as assigned, including deep cleaning and cycle projects.
  • Participate in regular training and audits to ensure our high standards are maintained.
  • Model Cabot's culture and exemplify our shared values on a day-to-day basis.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably at a high-end resort.
  • High school or equivalent education required; university degree or college diploma in hospitality management an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-directed, motivated, and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in all interactions.

Working Conditions:

  • Working in an outdoor environment, including sun, wind, and rain.
  • Ascending and descending stairs and ramps.
  • Standing and exerting well-paced mobility for long periods.
  • Using hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
