JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Facilities Management Supervisor is integral in maintaining the operational efficiency and upkeep of properties while controlling expenses. Key responsibilities encompass collaborating with service providers, overseeing the maintenance of building infrastructure and equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with service providers to ensure timely task completion
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on property assets

  • Assist store teams with projects aligned with facilities management objectives
  • Implement special initiatives and renovations as required
  • Evaluate and integrate new Facilities Management team members

  • Foster a safe and hazard-free work environment
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers

  • Educate team members on proper asset maintenance and care

  • Prioritize workload based on business requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of technical training or experience in relevant fields
  • Basic technical skills and proficiency in operating power tools
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to manage merchandise and adapt to various environments
