Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of radiographic procedures for diagnosing illnesses and injuries.
- Accurately position patients and select appropriate anatomical and technical parameters.
- Implement radiation safety and protection standards.
- Prepare and assist physicians in advanced and specialized procedures.
- Administer contrast media and medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards in all activities.
- Submit high-quality images and documentation to PACS, ensuring correct lead markers and patient data/history.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department, including procedure rooms and storage areas.

Qualifications:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Radiologic Technologist credential from the Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program required within 180 days of hire.

One or more of the following credentials is required:
- Cardiographic Tech credential from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) within 180 days of hire.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credential from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 180 days of hire.
- Medical Sonographer credential from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) within 180 days of hire.

Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of relevant experience, OR an Associate's/Technical degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience required.
