Job Summary:

Mercury Systems is a leading provider of secure mission-critical technology for the military and defense sectors. We are seeking a skilled Micro-Electronics Assembler to join our Operations team in Torrance, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
  • Assist in prototype assembly and prepare assembly work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and routers.
  • Meet and exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and forms consistent with company policy and practices.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related field.
  • Certified solder to J-STD-001.
  • Eager and motivated to learn, work, and grow with Mercury.
