Job Overview

The Route Driver plays a vital role in the sales process of Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company products by making timely deliveries to various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow work orders and standard operating procedures while making deliveries of Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling company products to customer sites along designated routes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace at customer sites to ensure safety for themselves and customers.
  • Unload vehicles at customer sites, moving products to designated locations, filling shelves, rotating stock, building displays, and receiving prior unsold goods (credits).
  • Ensure professional contact with customers and maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times to favorably represent the company and iconic Coca-Cola brand image.
  • Ethical conduct is expected at all times.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No more than two moving violations and no OWIs in the last five years.
  • A Class A CDL with air brakes is required. The company will assist candidates in obtaining this certification if necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • The ability to read and follow directions and work orders.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Customer-focused and an excellent team player.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying situations.
