Position Overview
- Support the Director of Operations for two prominent theaters.
- Manage venue setup and breakdown for events, ensuring all areas are prepared.
- Exhibit honesty, initiative, and reliability in all tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with team members.
- Assist various departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Address patron and venue concerns with professionalism and care.
- Conduct minor repair tasks as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer usage and adaptability to new software.
- Ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies throughout the venue.
Collaborative Environment
- Engage with local arts organizations, including the opera and ballet.
- Work across two theater locations.
- Strong computer skills are essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
