About the Role

This is a customer-facing role that allows you to work with our customers and implementation partners to assist them in their journey to Oracle Cloud SCM. You will be working with other product development teams, success managers, support, and executive sponsors to deliver solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development, Global Support, and other teams to handhold customers through ongoing implementation challenges.
  • Provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of SCM roadmaps.
  • Engage with Oracle's strategic customers and partners, representing Oracle products and services.
  • Deliver solution-related guidance to individual customers, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Integrate with AI services for real-time insights into Supply Chain executions.
  • Publish best practice material, including whitepapers, how-to's, best-in-class case studies of solutions and product usage by customers.
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Fusion SCM Cloud (Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing, Inventory, Cost Management, Production Scheduling, Order Management, etc).
  • Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle SCM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain and logistics.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM functionalities, configurations, and integration with other modules.
  • Proficiency in data loading and integration tools, including File-Based Data Import (FBDI), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Business Events, etc. for SCM.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Security and Integration Security.
  • Architect and implement integrations between Oracle SaaS (HCM, Finance, and SCM) and other business application providers on the cloud and 3rd party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform.
  • Extensive knowledge on SCM Cloud Integration with other cloud modules, like Financials, Projects Accounting, etc.
  • Hands-on expertise for Analytics, BICC, OTBI, and SQL optimization.
  • Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules is preferred.
  • Experience in developing applications and extensions for Oracle Fusion Cloud using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service, Web Services, and Redwood will be a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.
