Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports.

• Review and analyze financial data, including investment portfolios and derivatives schedules.
• Coordinate with external auditors to confirm annual investments and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare and review quarterly reports for filing with regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and manage investments, including stale and manually priced investments.
• Manage requests to service providers and subadvisors for use in reporting.
• Review daily net asset and share reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Review monthly reporting packages for completeness and accuracy.

• 0-2 years of experience in fund financial reporting or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

• High attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Tableau is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
