Practice Opportunity

Fairview Health Services is seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to join our team at M Health Fairview Clinic Wyoming. As a key member of our practice, you will deliver high-quality rheumatology care to adult patients, including joint injections. Our clinics are equipped with on-site laboratories and imaging capabilities, ensuring seamless care for our patients.

Practice Details
  • Primarily based in Wyoming, Minnesota, with opportunities to provide services to surrounding communities
  • Collaborate with an Advance Practice Provider in rheumatology to provide comprehensive care
  • Part of a strong primary and specialty care referral base within the integrated system
  • Utilize a full integrated EMR system (EPIC)
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training program
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible with the ABMS
  • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
