IT Engineer

CNR Technologies is seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to our clients. Your role will involve resolving a variety of technical issues and providing support through multiple channels, including onsite visits, remote assistance, and phone support.

• Resolving client issues such as domain, email, printing, imaging computers and laptops, account setup, and working on servers
• Providing support via onsite visits, remote assistance, and phone support
• Traveling to client locations for issue resolution, primarily in Woodstock and surrounding areas, with occasional travel beyond this region

• Any level of CompTIA certification preferred (A+, Network+, Security+ etc.)
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients on technical issues, expectations, and results
• Experience resolving technical issues on Windows platforms (Printers, Outlook, Office, etc.)
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus
