Automotive Refinisher

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Automotive Painter to perform a variety of duties, including preparing color tints, mixing paint colors, and ensuring all paint operations meet OEM standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in paint operations and hold an auto body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing.

• Prepare color tints to match paint color
• Mix paint colors and ensure all formulations meet OEM standards
• Perform all paint operations, including top coating and curing
• Ensure all masking is removed and prior paint-related disassembly is reassembled

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Auto body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
