Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current sales promotions and merchandise presentation.
  • Meet sales and work goals, as directed by store management.
  • Lead other team members by being an example in accuracy and completeness of work.
  • Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with external contacts and all levels of employees.
  • Basic communication, organization, and math skills.
  • Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
  • Basic knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of Store Presentation Standards.
