Job Summary:
We're looking for a Sales Associate who can help us achieve our sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll cultivate new and existing customer relationships, build brand loyalty, and foster strong professional relationships with peers and management.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver sales plan and company objectives through effective customer engagement, brand promotion, and teamwork.
* Provide personalized service to each customer, understanding their needs and preferences, and recommending products that meet their expectations.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and kindness among colleagues and customers.
* Ensure accurate handling of cash, credit card transactions, and returns, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Self-motivated and result-driven, with ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
