We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Mission Regional Medical Center. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Monitor and interpret patient data, including vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic imaging.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current valid California Registered Nurse License.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Previous Critical Care experience preferred.
