Part-Time Caregiver Opportunity at Emerald Crest

We are seeking dedicated Part-Time Caregivers to join our team at Emerald Crest of Minnetonka. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our memory care residents in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and medication administration.
  • Aide in programming and activities with residents, promoting engagement and socialization.
  • Monitor the safety and well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the care team.
Requirements
  • Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred, but not required for day or evening shifts.
  • A passion for geriatric care and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service instincts and ability to interact effectively with family members and visitors.
