We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Orangewood Inn & Suites KCI. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our property, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Adhere to all engineering safety protocols and procedures
  • Respond to emergency situations outside of regular working hours
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, managers, and other departments
  • Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool, paint, and texture, as well as general maintenance
Compensation:

$20 - $23 hourly
