Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional service to new and existing customers
  • Adhere to established Westfield Bank customer service standards
  • Provide information regarding bank products to all potential customers
  • Perform all teller transactions and related services
  • Maintain security of cash drawer and balance at end of day
  • Meet assigned referral goals through referral of bank products and services
  • Assist in resolving customer problems and perform additional duties as requested
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least six months of cash handling and customer service experience preferred
  • Must meet balancing requirements
Physical Demands

The Bank Teller will be required to stand, walk, and sit frequently, as well as handle and finger objects constantly. The position also requires occasional reaching, climbing, and squatting.
