Job Title: Registered Nurse

ERP International is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in support of the Multi-Service Ward at the Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, CA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and be able to work effectively in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.
  • Perform physical exams and health histories.
  • Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
  • Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.
  • Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals.
  • Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.
  • Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization.
  • Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
  • Perform nursing services identified in the TO.
  • Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's Degree of Nursing from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or as otherwise identified in the TO.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year Medical/Surgical, Inpatient, or similar experience within the past 2 years.
  • License: Active, unrestricted RN license.
  • Board Certification: N/A.
  • Life Support Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS.
  • Security: Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.
Pay Scale:

$60/hr to $86/hr, to be determined based on employment options, qualifications, experience, and location.
