As a leading General Contractor with over 30 years of experience, Integrorc focuses on **concrete restoration**, **stucco applications**, **waterproofing solutions**, and both **interior** and **exterior painting** services.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
  • Proven experience in commercial caulking, glazing, and waterproofing
  • Familiarity with various tools, including tooling knives and standard sausage guns
  • Swing Stage certification will be provided if not already held
  • Capability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs
