Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence three days a week.

ROLE SUMMARY:

  • The Financial Accountant will assist in various Operations Accounting functions.
  • This role collaborates closely with Accounting Leadership and Business Units to support the successful execution of Operations Accounting objectives, including:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Managing ongoing accounting for derivatives and treasury operations.
  • Assisting in the analysis of financial statements and clarifying variances.
  • Maintaining a robust control environment.
  • Contributing to project initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Throughout the role, the Financial Accountant will exemplify effective communication, teamwork, and a commitment to the organization's success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Comprehensive financial and business insight.
  • Strong analytical and accounting capabilities.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvements.
  • Familiarity with SAP, BPC, BI, or similar software is essential.
