We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Medication Administration Specialists. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with their daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Administer medications in accordance with Diakon policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents and their families.
  • Record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and weight in the residents' electronic health records.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, or have active registry status on the state nurse aide registry. Successful completion of the Personal Care DHS Medication Administration Course is required. A minimum of one year of experience in a related role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates should be able to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs. Visual and auditory skills are essential for this position.
