Boat Detailer

MarineMax is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring our boats and trailers are clean and presentable for our customers.

• Perform final detailing and cleaning tasks on boats and trailers, including cleaning windows, upholstery, and fiberglass surfaces.
• Use high-speed buffers and polishers to detail exterior surfaces.
• Remove dust, grease, and oil from exterior surfaces of boats and trailers.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the dealership to ensure a professional work environment.
• Assist with setup and teardown of boat shows and other off-site promotional events.
• Promote a positive work attitude and exceed customer expectations.

• Ability to work safely at all times.

• Knowledge of proper products for safe detailing of vessels.
