About the Job:

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with Uniti Med, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to nuclear medicine, including imaging procedures, patient care, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including positron emission tomography (PET) and single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and operate imaging equipment
  • Provide patient care and education, including explaining procedures and results
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, including ordering and stocking
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) or equivalent
  • Experience with nuclear medicine imaging procedures and equipment
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
