Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their team in Clearwater, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art facility. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units, to produce high-quality images.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by following proper protocols for sterilization and disinfection.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
