Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodian Supervisor to join our team at FCUSD. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and assigning the work of night and substitute custodians, as well as personally performing routine cleaning work in schools and office buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and assign the work of night and substitute custodians
  • Personally perform routine cleaning work in schools and office buildings
  • Work independently and with a small crew to complete duties as assigned
  • Supervise and train custodial staff to ensure high-quality service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of responsible experience in custodial work
  • Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
