Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at a high school in Needham, MA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing one-on-one support to a student on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with a high school student on the spectrum in a 1:1 capacity within the classroom setting.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support strategies as outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Assist with academic, social, and behavioral goals to help the student achieve success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education and development.
Qualifications:
  • Current Massachusetts certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and implementing behavior intervention plans is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Schedule:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • School hours, Monday to Friday.
