Power Platform Developer

Job Summary:
Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain solutions built within the Microsoft Power Platform. You will develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks designed to replicate manual administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Partner with Business Analysts to identify opportunities and analyze business problems, processes, and data
• Document technical designs, release notes, and project documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and third-parties during product development and QA
• Deploy projects successfully and problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day support
• Help develop standards and best practices for solutions built within the Power Platform
• Collect and interpret data, analyze results, and report findings to internal or external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields
Experienced software engineer or developer candidates will be considered for this role, with the ideal candidate having at least four years of related experience
Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, PowerBI, etc.) or other low-code/no-code platforms is preferred
Programming or development experience (R, Python, Java, .Net, C#, Visual Basic, etc.) preferably on automation and/or integration projects
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar applications are a plus
