About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dishwasher to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all tableware, serving materials, and cooking equipment are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Implement and maintain M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
  • Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
  • Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is highly desirable.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
