Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Team Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, support, and service to our clients and their pets. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming environment for pet owners and their furry friends.

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional patient care and support to our clients and their pets
* Greet and welcome clients, offering a warm and professional acknowledgement
* Assess client and pet needs upon arrival and determine the best course of action
* Communicate clearly and concisely with clients about their pet's care and treatment
* Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner

Requirements
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients and pets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
