  3. Assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents safely and efficiently.
  4. Maintain accurate records of residents' care and treatment plans.
  5. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
  6. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
