We are seeking a skilled Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Saint Marys Medical Center. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of West Virginia.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
This is a 12-hour night shift position in the Telemetry Float Pool. The contract extends to cover holiday schedules. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
