Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ADM. As a key member of the Maintenance Team, this individual will play a critical role in improving plant reliability by incorporating precision maintenance practices into equipment repairs and rebuilds.

About the Role
This position will involve training and coaching plant personnel, developing standards and procedures, and providing technical expertise to the Maintenance Team to improve overall equipment efficiency and systems performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standard reliability methodologies (elements) and deploy those agreed to the assigned business unit
- Provide technical expertise to the Maintenance Team to improve overall equipment efficiency and systems performance
- Contribute to the analysis of equipment design
- Work with Plant Teams to develop new approaches for maintaining new and existing equipment

Requirements
- 10-15 years of industrial manufacturing experience in Agricultural, Chemical, Oil and Gas processing
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or in an Engineering field considered a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Computerized Maintenance Systems (CMMS)
- Understanding of root cause analysis and system knowledge
- Detail-oriented with significant maintenance experience rebuilding machinery
