$20.35 hourly / $41,000 annually*
Additional 10% bilingual differential

As a Bilingual Claims Advisor, you will undergo comprehensive training to master the claims process and assist our Spanish-speaking clients during their time of need. Your role will involve:

  • Investigating claim details
  • Collecting statements from all parties involved

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Solid multitasking skills with computer applications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
